Every considers ganges the pios, pure etc, etc. I am still trying to understand why only Ganges and not Bramhaputra or Kavery or any other river. In heavy river all the the rivers bring misery but along with this brings in the fertile mud which gives the farmer a boost in his crops. So, ineffect all the rivers have the share to be part of being as distinguished as Ganges.
I am not intending to hurt any religious feeling so, please take this from discussion point of view.
