(g) may plan calendar events visible to other ‘myclub’ members only
(h) may choose not to make his calendar events visible to all or discreet ‘myclub’ members
(i) may choose to invite other website members for an event
(j) may accept or decline the invitation for event request from other members
(k) may receive emailed messages sent by Members, which will be sent and stored in the member's site mail, and an email alert will be sent to the email address you have registered with
(l) will receive certain types of message sent in order for us to deliver the services optimally. These are outlined in the privacy policy
(3) Acceptable use
You must not use our website in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the website or impairment of the availability or accessibility of the website; or in any way which is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful, or in connection with any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful purpose or activity.
You must not use our website to copy, store, host, transmit, send, use, publish or distribute any material which consists of (or is linked to) any spyware, computer virus, Trojan horse, worm, keystroke logger, rootkit or other malicious computer software.

You grant us (Findmeclub Ltd) a worldwide, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate and distribute your user content on and through the FindMeClub Ltd and other websites operated by the FindMeClub Ltd, in accordance with this agreement also, you authorise us to adapt the relevant material in the course of doing so, and so waive your moral rights to object to any derogatory treatment, or to be identified as the author, of the material in question.
Your user content must not be illegal or unlawful, must not infringe any third party's legal rights, and must not be capable of giving rise to legal action whether against you or us or a third party (in each case under any applicable law).
